ये आज की बात नहीं,ये सदियों पुरानी बात है,
ये संगम केवल इस युग का नहीं,ये युगों-युगों का संगम है,
आज जिसे लोग महज एक रिश्ता मान रहे,
ये तो दो शरीर एक आत्मा का बंधन है,
हमारा मिलना महज एक इत्तेफाक नहीं,ये तो नियति और ब्रह्मांड का सुनियोजन है।
अधूरी थी मैं तुमसे मिलने से पहले,अधूरे थे ख्वाब तुमसे जुड़ने से पहले,
इस अधूरी जिंदगी को तुमने पूरी की है,इस तरह तुमने अपनी जिंदगी मेरे नाम की है,
फर्क नहीं पड़ता ये दुनिया तुम्हें किस नाम से जानती है,सच तो ये है कि मेरी चाहत तुम्हें भगवान मानती है,
तुम्हें पा कर अब मेरी ये जिंदगी भी तुम्हारा एहसान मानती है,तुम्हें ही अपनी मंजिल अपना ख्वाब मानती है।
तुम्हारे सम्मान से ही मेरा आन बान और शान है,
तुम्हारे मान से ही मेरा सम्मान है,तुम्हारे नाम में ही छिपी मेरी पहचान है,
भले ही तुम्हारे वास्तविक परिचय से पूरी दुनिया अभी अनजान है,
मगर तुम किसी परिचय के मोहताज नहीं क्योंकि तुम्हारे परिचय से ही तो ये संसार है।
भरोसा खुद पर नहीं मगर,तुम पर भरोसा खुद से ज्यादा है,
जब तक तुम्हारा साथ है तब तक मुझे जिंदगी पर विश्वास है,
मेरा ये दिल तुम्हारे नाम से धड़कता है,मेरी हर सांस में तुम्हारा नाम बसता है,
इससे ज्यादा क्या कहू कि वो चाँद भी तुम्हारी एक झलक को तरसता है।
