बदलते समय के साथ लोग भी बदल गए,
बदलते समय के साथ सब संस्कार और संस्कृति भी भूल गए,
सूरज और चाँद को बदलते ना देखा,धरती आसमान को मिलते ना देखा,
मगर तुम्हारी सूरत और सीरत को देखा जबसे हमने,वर्षो से जागती इन आँखों को सुकून की नींद सोते हमने देखा।
माना कि एक बड़ा नाम और शोहरत नहीं है मेरे पास,
मगर मेरे पास वो है जो नहीं है किसी के पास,
समय आने पर मेरा नाम और पहचान लोग जान जाएंगे,
एक दिन हम दुनिया से बहुत आगे निकल जाएंगे,
हमें गलत समझने वाले जिंदगी भर हाथ मलते रह जाएंगे।
आज अच्छे को बुरा और बुरे को अच्छा कहते है लोग,
ये समय का खेल है केवल धन दौलत पैसे को अहमियत देते है लोग,
ऐसे नादान को भला हम क्या कहे ?आज पैसों की कठपुतली है लोग,
समय कब राजा को रंक और रंक को राजा बना दे यही तो नहीं समझते है लोग।
कपड़े शहर और स्थान से किसी के व्यक्तित्व और विचार का अनुमान ना लगाए,
रही सभ्यता संस्कृति और तमीज की बात तो वो सब हमें ना सिखाए,
सच तो ये है कि हमें अब तक किसी ने भी पूरी तरह जाना नहीं,
बदलते समय के साथ जो बदल जाए हम वो शख्सियत नहीं।

With the changing times, people, too, have changed;
With the changing times, all traditions and culture have been forgotten.
I have never seen the Sun or the Moon change, nor have I ever seen the Earth and the Sky meet;
But ever since I beheld your countenance and your character, I have seen these eyes—awake for years—finally find the peace of deep slumber.
Granted, I may not possess a big name or fame,
But I hold something that no one else has;
When the time is right, people will come to know my name and identity,
One day, I will surge far ahead of the world,
And those who misunderstood me will be left wringing their hands in regret for a lifetime.
Nowadays, people call good things bad and bad things good;
It is merely a game of time—people attach importance solely to wealth, riches, and money.
What, then, can one say to such naive souls? Today, people have become mere puppets of money.
What people fail to understand is just this: at any moment, time can turn a king into a pauper, and a pauper into a king.
Do not judge a person's character or mindset based on their attire, their city, or their place of origin;
And as for matters of civility, culture, and etiquette—do not presume to lecture us on them.
The truth is, no one has truly understood us in our entirety—not yet;
For we are not the kind of people who simply change with the changing times.
