कंधे से जो कंधा मिलाकर चले,
एक दूजे की कामयाबी से जो न जले,
दुख में भी जो साथ नहीं छोड़ता,
यही संबंध भाई को भाई से जोड़ता।
एक ही माँ की कोख से जन्मे,
फिर क्यों भाई अपने भाई को न समझे ?
यही विडंबना है इस कलयुग की,
एक भाई से शत्रु बनने की।
होते एक दूजे की परछाई,
विपत्तिकाल में जिन्होंने साथ निभाई,
ऐसे ही होते है वो भाई,
जैसे थे कोशल्यानंदन रघुराई। ,
भाई का अपने भाई पर विश्वास,
दुख में चले थाम कर जो भाई का हाथ,
जीवन के हर मोड़ पर दे जो भाई का साथ,
इसलिए होता है इस दुनिया में भाई का रिश्ता इतना खास।
न दौलत का मोहताज, न औंधे का मोहताज,
एक भाई को अपने भाई पर सदैव होता नाज,
ये धन दौलत पैसा रूतबा कुछ काम नहीं आएगा,
एक भाई ही है जो अपने भाई को हर मुसीबत से बचाएगा।

Those who walk shoulder to shoulder,
Who are not jealous of each other's success,
Who never abandon each other in times of sorrow,
This is the bond that connects brother to brother.
Born from the same mother's womb,
Why then do brothers fail to understand each other?
This is the irony of this age of Kali Yuga,
When a brother becomes an enemy to his own brother.
They are each other's shadow,
Those who stand by each other in times of trouble,
That's what true brothers are like,
Just like Kaushalya's son, Lord Rama.
A brother's trust in his brother,
The one who holds his brother's hand in times of sorrow,
The one who supports his brother at every turn of life,
That's why the bond between brothers is so special in this world.
Neither dependent on wealth nor on power,
A brother is always proud of his brother,
This wealth, money, and status will be of no use,
Only a brother will save his brother from every trouble.
