ये दिल उसके लिए ही सोचता है, जो इसके काबिल होता है,
परवाह उसी की करता है,जो उसके जीने की वजह होता है,
यूँही नहीं दिमाग में बसता है कोई, ये दिल कहाँ दिमाग की सुनता है,
दिल से जो निभाए रिश्ता, ऐसा हर कोई नहीं होता है।
अक्सर तन्हाई में सोचती हूँ,क्यों लोग समय के साथ बदल जाते है?
दिन महीने साल गुजर जाते है, हम आज भी खुद को वहीं पाते है,
शायद कसूर हमारे दिल का है, हमें भी पता है हमारी मंजिल कहां है,
कहीं मंजिल की चाह में हम उनसे आगे न निकल जाए, सिर्फ इसलिए हमने अपने कदमों को रोका है।
क्या खूब मजाक बनाया है दुनिया ने हमारी खामोशी का,
किसी को खबर नहीं इस सुलगती चिंगारी का,
हम वो नहीं जो दौलत और शोहरत के लिए खुद को बदल दे,
जाओ दुनिया से कह दो, हम वो है जो सच के लिए पूरी कायनात बदल दे।
एक नाम के कई लोग होंगे, मगर हमारा परिचय औरों से अलग है,
इंसानी जज़्बात की बात मत करो, सबके पास ऐसे जज़्बात नहीं है,
कुछ तो वजह है जो हमने भीड़ से खुद को अलग किया है,
फिर भी ना जाने क्यों दुनिया ने हमें बदनाम किया है।
अकेलेपन रात की खामोशी,मगर मन में बहुत शोर है,
होना पड़ा अपनों से दूर क्योंकि हम मजबूर है,
लोग समझते है हमें की हम मगरूर है,
आज नहीं तो कल जानेगी दुनिया की हम पत्थर नहीं,
बल्कि खुद को जला कर बनाया गया कोहिनूर है।

I often wonder in my loneliness, why do people change with time?
Days, months, and years pass, and we still find ourselves in the same place.
Perhaps it's our heart's fault. We know where our destination lies.
We have stopped our steps just to avoid overtaking them in our pursuit of the destination.
The world has made such a mockery of our silence,
No one knows about this smoldering spark,
We are not those who change ourselves for wealth and fame,
Go and tell the world, we are those who would change the entire universe for the truth.
There may be many people with the same name, but our identity is different from others.
Don't talk about human emotions, not everyone has such emotions.
There must be a reason we have set ourselves apart from the crowd,
Yet I don't know why the world has maligned us.
Loneliness is the silence of the night, but the mind is full of noise.
I have to distance myself from my loved ones because I am helpless.
People think I am arrogant.
If not today, then tomorrow the world will know that I am not a stone, but a Kohinoor made by burning myself.
